Sam Balzan
Sam Balzan is the founding partner of our growth and Technology practice with deep expertise in consultative selling and Go-to-Market strategies for technology start ups and scale-ups in growth mode.
Samuel has led over fifty business transformation engagements across industries, including SaaS, IT services, Manufacturing and Medical Devices, primarily focusing on growth strategy and Go-To-Market.
Before founding MONO, Samuel worked on the Business Transformation team at Dassault System North America, a leading Product Life Cycle Management software vendor, on the customer Experience Team at Oracle Canada and the business Analytics and Technology Team of SAP Canada. Beside his current role with MONO, he is leading the growth effort as a Founder at Purple Sales Solutions to become a leader in Lead Generation and Sales Outsourcing Services.
Before moving to Toronto, he worked on the Large Enterprise team of Attachmate International, WRQ and Cegid Group in Europe.
Samuel holds a global MBA from the Kellogg School of Management of the Northwestern University, as well as an MBA of WHU in Germany. He completed the Grande Ecole Program from ESLSCA Business School in Paris.
